The Website Setup service fee includes the following:

    • Configure conforming Meta Titles
    • Configure conforming Meta Descriptions
    • Optimization of the website for search
    • Integration with Google Analytics
    • Integration with Search Console & Google Tag Manager
    • Site Map & Intra-Site Page Links
    • Licensed Images
    • Mobile Friendly Responsive Site
    • Social Media Links
    • Custom menu links, if required
    • Integrate with MOZ Local Listings (if required). Note: MOZ local subscription required but not included
    • Configure Products & Services pages (default content included)
    • Configure Value Proposition (Why Choose us?) web page (default content included)
    • Integrate with Google My Business
    • Testimonials (client provided)
    • FAQ (default content)
    • Privacy Policy (default or client provided)
    • Terms & Conditions (default or client provided)
    • MNDA and Credit Application (default or client provided)

    All content provided by Executive & Strategic Solutions, LLC (DBA Digitol Services) remains the property of Executive & Strategic Solutions, LLC, and all the content provided by the client remains the client's property.

    HubSpot Integration & Setup:

    • Create HubSpot Starter account with 1,000 marketing contact tier
    • Integrate HubSpot tracking code into the Digitol Platform
    • Set up Primary domain and Secondary (if available/required)
    • Create the following forms:
      • Contact Us - website footer form
      • Landing Page 4-field form
    • Add CTAs as required and deploy on website as needed
    • Add Client Users and send invites with pre-assigned roles (permissions)
    • Add SPF records to authorize the HubSpot email servers
    • Set up Email Sending domain (DKIM)
    • Integrate client email server to HubSpot
    • Add HEX for website branding to all HubSpot branding elements
    • Add Client Logo and Favicon to HubSpot portal
    • Provide client with instructions for:
      • Connecting user email and calendars
      • Building email signatures
      • Adding HubSpot Browser Extension
      • Installing HubSpot mobile App
