Ecommerce Catalog Setup Fee

The e-commerce Store Setup service fee includes the following:

• Deploy store shell
  • Load full product catalog for as many supported vendors as required
  • Either by matching client vendor cost files with eContent
  • Or, by configuring the upload template containing client-provided eContent
  • Load product attributes & specifications
• Setup vendor cost files (includes multiple cost files from single vendors)
• Configure & load customer file
• Configure & load customer sales history if required
• Load customer sell price contracts
• Upload MSRP and MAP (if provided)
• Deploy pricing tiers according to customer size and customer verticals
• Deploy Blog module if required
• Configure shipping terms
• Configure:
  • Catalog settings for customer registration workflow
  • Configure portal for "open pricing" or "login-protected" pricing according to client requirements
  • Setup discounts (if required)
  • Customer loyalty program (if required)
  • Geographical payment restrictions
  • The store home page with the required menu structure
  • Featured manufacturers (if required)
• Configure and integrate client email service for customer notifications
• Configure payment methods:
  • Purchase orders for Net Terms customers
  • Authorize.net credit card payment processor (note: client is responsible for all Payment Processor and Transaction Fees)
• Setup TaxCloud for local sales taxes or configure portal for manual tax table (note: client is responsible for establishing a TaxCloud account and for all API call fees)
• Obtain and implement an SSL certificate
• Configure DNS records
• Configure portal Access Control List (ACL)
• Assign client users to their designated "role"
• Ensure service information using available defaults or client-provided content for:
  • Terms & Conditions
  • Privacy Policy
  • Warranty
  • Shipping Policy
  • Returns Policy
